Cloud
From Hyrule
Cloud Is a neutral Hylian mage, and is considered one of the most powerful mages in Hyrule (Others being Alpha and Sovelis). He is skilled with most magics - possibly due to the fact that he is a demon of sorts - and as such can easily fight on par with other powerful foes, such as Kasei, one of his best friends.

History
Cloud has recently returned from somewhere, and is greeted by many adventurers. He and Kasei remember each other well, apparently.
Before his disappearance, he was well-known to the people of Hyrule, and was a common sight in the land. He formed many friends during his adventures.
Relations
Cloud has many relations within Hyrule, some good, some bad.
Strato
Cloud's father, who disappeared when Cloud was young.
Raine
Cloud's older sister, who died at the age of 26 at the hands of a Moblin.
Mom
Atma is Cloud's biological mother.
Strato Jr.
Cloud's brother, and the one most seen on his travels. Recently it seems he has gotten a girlfriend.
Nimbus
Cloud's twin brother, who is apparently evil(?).
Kasei
Kasei is a friend of Cloud.
