Keese

From Hyrule

The Keese is a common enemy in HA2, easily the most-often encountered beast in the game. It appears nearly everywhere, from caves to trees to mountain tops. Defeating a Keese and taking a wing is even the portion of the Magical Mix quest in HA2.

Keese are simply large bats; they are not enemies, technically, just animals. However, they are prone to attack anyone who invades their territory, and Ganon's frequent manipulation of this territorial behavior has led to them being classified by the Hyrulian populace as evil.
