The country of Hyrule is the main location of most events within HA2. It is the homeland of the many races, and the various species that reside in it. Despite the fact that it is united under the banner of King Harkinian II, Hyrule is divided into two pieces: the north, where the North Castle, as well as many other towns, exist; and the south, where the remains of Ganon's hoards rule the frightened citizens that were trapped in South Hyrule following Dark Link's downfall.

North Hyrule

People

The people of North Hyrule are diverse, and many. The many races exist in every city, though there are some cities that were designed for certain races. New Peaktop, for example, was built for the Rito tribe. The many people are very loyal to the kingdom, and most are brave citizens.

Culture

The races of Hyrule, every one, primarily follow the three goddesses, the golden deities that created Hyrule. They worship in temples, and sometimes even make prayers. It is common for "Goddesses" to be spoken. The belief in the goddesses has been passed down for many ages, but some races are more believing than others. The Sheikah, for example, are extremely devoted to to the royal family of Hyrule, as they believe them to be connected to the gods.

Architecture

The north is very rich in design. The many churches and towns scattered around it are proof of that. New Peaktop is made up of a single, enormous tower that reaches high into the heavens.

South Hyrule

The south is ruled by Ganon's warlords, who hold the nation in fear.
