Quartermaster Hithos
From Hyrule
Quartermaster Hithos is the Hylian Knights' official Quartermaster and supplies the Hyrule troops and adventurers "with top of the line military-issue Deku-crafted equipment!" Quartermaster Hithos also trains new grunts to become either Vassals, Mercenaries, and Nomads.
In order to train under him, a grunt must spend 3 Talent Points on skills specific to Vassals, and then come back to the shop.
