Personality
Edward can simply described as happy and adventurious, he is nothing like Azador. He always tries to help out and never complaints about anything at all. He is also very polite and apologizes easily.
In battle Edward is very quiet he doesn't like to talk between battle's at all, just concentrating on the enemies movements and making a strategy.
Past Story
A long time ago a young boy was born, Edward was his name he was born as a crown prince of a small kingdom. He grew up happily, learning everything about life and later taking care off his little brother. He was destinied to be king but that is not what he wanted at all, just living a free and happy life. Edward found a way out of the castle using secret passages, he learned about. He wandered around the forest, adventuring. The king couldn't appriciate his son doings and let the knights search the forest when he was gone off. One time he met a young boy about his age, while hiding in the bushes for the knights. The young boy introduced himself as Azador, they became friends and ventured through the woods together, both wanted some action and adventure, that was something that kept them close.
But...the king fell ill and died shortly, grieving for his father he had to take the throne.. as a young kid. He did not want the responsibility he wanted to be free. So Edward planned his escape with Azador shortly before the crowning ceremony.
They ran away together and stopped in a faraway village, where they were welcomed there with open arms...those two were known as the mysterious brothers. Azador began working with a librarian and Edward became the apprentice of a black smith. Both stayed at an Inn every day, until they had enough money to buy themselves a house.
They became local townsfolk over the years. One day another newcomer came along with Azador, a girl of his age named Anna, the niece of the village chief who would be staying in the village for a very long time. Azador, Edward and Anna became best friends. But another stranger appeared in the village, a bard called Kaluuk. Azador was intrigued by the man's stories; to his surprise, he appeared frequently when the three were venturing through the woods. Of course that was respected by the three because of this man's wonderful story telling.
One dark night...A scream. Azador...and Edward knew who's scream. They ran to the mayor's house... The door stood open.. They dashed upstairs....and both of them stopped in Anna's room... Blood.... The body of Anna was pierced through with a sword....dead. The one responsible just stood there...Kaluuk..laughing. Both of them suddenly realized that Kaluuk was no ordinary man. But there was another man standing in the room, Miguel...
That was the beginning of Edward's story, although a lot has happened after Azador and Edward met Miguel this will be explained later on.
Powers and abilities
Fire : A basic fire spell that Edward uses often.
Shield : A protective spell that Edward seems to have almost mastered.
Elemental burst : Normal elemental spells that Edward can use, although his fire magic is more powerful.
Surtuur : Fire magic that can take many different forms.
( Edward uses the from that he calls "Pyro whirl", which creates a flame storm surrounding the enemies.)
Armor of fire : A spell that increases the defence of it's targets by creating walls of fire.
Family
Durdian Ricardius : Azador's father, Isaac was an adventurer that traveled the lands as a mercenary in order to feed their family. On one of his adventures he did not return, leaving the family to starve.
Semilia Ricardius : Edward's caring mother. Her fate is unknown.
Corsis Ricardius : Edward's younger brother he took his place as king when Edward fled. What happened to him is unknown.
Relationships
Anna : A girl from Edward's past.
Miguel : Edward's master, the one who taught him how to use magic.
Azador : One of Edward's closest friends and also an apprentice of Miguel.
Sitlan : The third and last apprentice of Miguel.
Kasei : A powerful adventurer Edward met in a pub.
Sovelis : Another adventurer Edward met.
Pacts
Surtuur : Edward felt the burning flame inside him when his father died, this was the first time he met this being. He doesn't know why he has a pact with him but he helps, it gives him the ability to use the Surtuur magics.
Miguel : A powerful Wizard who is Edward's master. The pact increases his magical potential, so he won't grow tired easily from using a variety of spells.
