Darknuts and Iron Knuckles are among the strongest non-boss creatures in existence.

In essence, they are merely Enchanted Armour with a body under the metal, explaining their incredible strength and skill in battle. These iron monstrosities are notorious for wielding huge weapons, and occasionally carry secondary weapons and shields. Some are known to carry a spiked ball, like that of a mace, at the end of a chain that they swing around and hurl into foes. These are called Ball and Chain troopers.
