Nitara has sharp, pixi-like features and expressions. She has an angular face and a broad brow. Above her brow she wears a thick black headband that can hardly manage to keep her wild bangs from her face. Her eyes are large and luminous, and are the color of a flame as it flares up and licks at the night sky, when she is intrigued, they are more of a yellow, when she is antagonized or irritated, they are green, when she is sad or pained, they are blue, and when she is angry or vengeful the irises blend in with her pupil, black. Her eyes always hold in their expression a hint of amusement and mockery, as she carefully observes the antics of people around her.

She is very short for her age of 19, 4' 9", and only weighs 7 pounds. (Which is the average weight of a Keishian) Although her features are sharp, her slender figure houses soft curves.

Nitara's hair hangs only down to the bottom of her chin and flays out in a pixie like manner. It almost glows with its bright white color. Her eyes are usually a bright red color, eyes in which contain a wild fire that seems to burn without ever dimming. Her eyes are catlike and underlying are her prominent cheekbones. Her mouth hosts full lips but it still has a sly look about it, while she has a small upturned nose. Her eyes always contain a look of amusement within them, like she is always silently enjoying a joke with herself.

Her voice is like birdsong and her laugh is as lilting as the call of a meadowlark, surprisingly gentle compared to her appearance. Her ears and tail are those of a red fox, and she is just as sly and clever as the creature who's features and senses she shares. Her hair is white and falls just past her chin in a series of unruly spikes, like the sharp icicles of winter. She wears an intricate variety of kimono-like clothing from Ennteekoshi. The one that she most commonly wears is light brown, with a pattern like green flames at the the shoulders, the sleeves, and the bottom. It is tied around her waist with a large yellow piece of cloth and at each shoulder a piece of white-gold stone emblazened with a small marking hangs loosely. These small pieces of stone adorn all of her clothing, as the marking simblizes the island that is her home, the Isle of Blood.

Sometimes her eyes change with her emotions, due to her psychic powers being channeled through her eyes. She never makes direct eye contact with a person for very long, which the reason being I will explain in a later topic. I will post results here...

She is very small, only four foot eight. Despite her small figure it is very well filled out. Adorned with what seems to be perfectly sculpted curves. She has thin limbs and although they are so thin they are filled with lean, strong muscles. She is very powerful, although sometimes she looks quite fragile in appearance. (But, other times, she does not look fragile at all... Like when she is angry...)

She is unconditionally and irrevocably bound to the Prophecy of Ennteekoshi, and her actions can be, at times, inauspicious and surprisingly odd. She is beginning to adjust to the seemingly unusual (to her) customs of Hyrule.

She wields a snowflake obsidian longsword that has a handle of deep blue saphire, adorned with mall gemstones of ruby and garnet. It was given to her by the Spirit Lenore, of Ennteekoshi. Its sheath is covered half-way with a light blue, silk cloth and the dark cherry wood that makes up the sheath has been blessed by the spirit Flitonica and will forever be unchanged, and cannot be harmed. Down the center of the obsidian a long gem that appears to be topaz (but is not, it is the rare Ralku gem from the cursed island, Ennteekoshi of course) is placed deep within the stone blade, given to her by the spirit Arramay, to make her blade able to slice through the thickest of all materials. She named this sword, simply, Jasper. For a reason she keeps secret.

Nitara stumbled unsuspectedly into Hyrule in her search through the demensions for the other people that were fortold of in the prophecy. She does not know who they are, and only slight hints to how they act or look, from the description the spirits gave her. Her mother was a Thenoll (or chosen one) of the prophecy 15 years before, with the help of Kayla Inkeeashee and her twin sister Ivaera they managed to kill King Kazuki. The evil war-lord of the shadow-swallowers. Now his son has begun a plight to retake Ennteekoshi and new verses of the prophecy were heard by the people of the capital of the Ashlands, Ralore, and their King. Nitara, who at that time was living in the sand caves of the Karrocatae desert was declared the first Thenoll of the new verses. She was sent on a quest by the other Keishians to return to Ennteekoshi with another Thenoll, as at least one was said to be an other-worlder.

Nitara was a major character in HA2, but has not appeared outside of the alternate timeline, in which she was a constant presence.

History

Nitara was born in an unknown country in Northern Hyrule that is called Rahnawyn. This country seems to consist of an extremely large island shrouded in mist. The only known entrance is hidden toward the Northern coast of the Tantari Desert. Her mother was inflicted with a disease and died when she was young and her father had died just before she was born in a battle against a rival village. She grew up on the streets of the city of Rayne with her best friend Nariko.

(Nariko is a gypsy that had been given to an orphanage in another town by her mother, Zyanthlea, who did not think that she would be able to care for her daughter. Nariko later escaped from the orphanage at the age of six, and traveled to Rayne because she heard of the great stone buildings that were the largest in Rahnawyn, and her own curiosity got the better of her. This is where she met Nitara, alone on the streets, her mother had just passed away. She managed to make enough money for them to live if Nitara sang, and she danced, as entertainment in the streets of Rayne.)

Eventually Nariko and Nitara heard of the land of Hyrule that lay just outside their own country, and Nitara figured that it would be a more promising land. Where they could get along without having to sing for the rich folks strolling along the streets, and earn tips for performing at bars. Nitara was tired of singing for people who didn't deserve to be entertained by them, singing for people who did not respect the entertainment they provided. She was fed up with them tossing coins just to get them to be quiet. So she decided to travel to Hyrule.

Nariko had different ideas. She wished to travel to another village on the other side of the island and find her father, hoping that she would locate her mother there as well and that her mother would take her back into her care willingly. Nitara left alone, though quite disappointed that she had to leave without her very best friend, but leave she did.

When she arrived she found the Tantari Desert, and instantly loved the land that she had set foot on. She took one glance back and then walked forward and into the new desert, starting her journey. A journey with no particular goal, and she felt free.
