King Harkinian II Is the current king of Hyrule, and the father of Princess Zelda. He is usually seen inside the castle, and is depicted as a wise and caring man. He frowns upon oppression, and does his best to aid the everyday people, even forming secret groups to aid them. There is at least one account of an assassination attempt on him.
