The Royal Elite Remnant is just what it says it is, the remnants of the Royal Elite Forces. The group, though it has played little major action in the storyline, can probably be assosciated with it predecessors, such as the Red Crusaders that dwelled within Parapa Desert or the REF. They were formed by King Harkinian II after the disbanding of the orriginal Elite after the fall of Ganon. They can be assumed to be formed of some of the stronger Hylian Knights. General Noval is one of the Remnants.
