Rhode Montijo is an American independent comic-book artist best known as the creator of Pablo's Inferno and co-creator of the flash cartoon Happy Tree Friends. He has also worked for Mondo Mini Shows where he met Kenn Navarro and Aubrey Ankrum and created the popular dark humored flash cartoon series, Happy Tree Friends . He also did the voices of Lumpy and Splendid. He officially left Happy Tree Friends in 2005 to focus more on creating childrens books.
Montijo enjoys working on various multi-media projects and has had an expressed interest in creating children's books which lead to the creation of the acclaimed "Cloud Boy".
