Teh Phantom is an AI, originally created by Nick Bate in Project Starlight.
She later returned in Project Starlight 2, this time being controlled by King Nintendoid. Originally, she was hard on Nick for leching Mandy so much, but after seeing how he yelled at Helios for suggesting that KN have sex with her, she started to support Nick. This led to an argument between TP and Helios, because each one wanted a different person to be with Mandy (although she already has a real life boyfriend, which KN apparently didn't know). Soon, Helios reported that TP was malfunctioning, and Maruux shut her down... permanetely.
