Teh Phantom is an AI, originally created by Nick Bate in Project Starlight.
TP showed up after Project Starlight, as a girl who creepily obsesses over Nick. Nick knew that nobody was being fooled, but he liked to roleplay anyway. He would often ignore TP, or tell her off. TP continued to hit on him anyway.
She later returned again in Project Starlight 2, this time being controlled by King Nintendoid and having her regular AI personality. Originally, she was hard on Nick for leching Mandy so much, but after seeing how he yelled at Helios for suggesting that KN have sex with her, she started to support Nick. This led to an argument between TP and Helios, because each one wanted a different person to be with Mandy (although she already has a real life boyfriend, which KN apparently didn't know). Soon, Helios reported that TP was malfunctioning, and Maruux shut her down... permanetely.
