City 18 Dealers exists to capitalize from the sale of contraband and questionable items while acting as a neutral party between normal citizens, gangs, mafias, and other groups of citizens, distinguished or not. The Company will only show aggression to those who threaten our employees or Right to Sell.

They have been said to have some link to Supplies Unlimited but no proof has been found so far to tie them to each others.
