About
This group would be for the purpose of, but not limited to, the following:
- Setting up and enacting different forms of riots, protests, and demonstrations in an organized, tactical way.
- Defending citizens from the Combine, murderers, Mafia, ect.
- Providing witness assistance to detained citizens and the Combine.
- Providing safehouses for anti-citizens.
- Ect.
This group consists of mature people who roleplay. Deathmatching is strictly forbidden, and only long-time members are admitted. Any new members must first be interviewed in-game, and prove that they are mature, not Mingebags, ect.
Some other actions we may do:
- Squatting
- Billboard Improvement
- Anti-Combine graffiti and propaganda
- Street Parties (and other Reclaim the Streets actions)
The point is to make people more active in the city, and protest Combine opression. We are open to ideas.
There will not be any leaders, or a hierarchy to this, all members will be viewed as equals, as long as they treat everyone the same. The only exception is that I ask that you talk to me before starting actions in our name.
Rules
- Follow all HL2Land server rules.
- Respect the admins and moderators
- Respect all players in the server
- Do not DM, Metagame, Powergame, ect.
- Do not spam Teamspeak or the server with anything, unless it is for an IC RP reason, such as a chant (such as a protest yelling "Down with the Combine!". However, you are not allowed to constantly be yelling this, every few minutes is fine, but constantly is not. This also means do not spam flashlight, text, jumping, or anything else.
- Act mature.
- Proper roleplay is required.
- Abide by the guidelines set for a particular action; this means if we are holding a nonviolent protest, do not bring an AK-47 and start spraying it at Combine.
- Do your best to not endanger innocent citizens watching, or those who may wish to follow a different form of action. Don't move a riot into an area where there are innocent citizens, and don't let your riot ruin someone's protest.
- If you decide to partake in any protests, riots, or any otherwise illegal activities in game, you are responsible for your actions. This means if you get arrested and lose weapons, it is your fault. If you violate any rules and get banned, your fault.
- You do not have to make a new character for this, our actions are clandestine; you could be a law abiding citizen at one time, but then incite a riot.
- Do not start pointless fights, especially with the Combine.
- Actions are on a need-to-know basis. If you know, don't go telling people who don't need to; If you don't know, don't ask.
