Introduction

Summit Lake is a year-round Christian Conference & Retreat Center located near Emmitsburg, MD. Facilities are rented to church & school groups of 15 to 380 for retreats, summer camp & outdoor education.

Lodging

There are 256 beds in double cabins which are available for year-round use. Each side has 16 beds with separate indoor bathroom/shower. Each group is assigned separate cabins & separate meeting rooms.

The Lakeside Room=

Serves groups of up to 50. A native-stone fireplace, a window-wall view & patio doors opening onto a spacious deck built over the lake make this facility a delightful place to enjoy the beauty of God's creation.

The Main Building

Houses 2 meeting rooms, each with a great stone fireplace.
