Biography

Genesis:
Born on a remote colony of Io, Neo grew up with his parents, who were part of the Black Arts Division of the little known Gemini Foundation. His Father hated his work, but was forced to lest he and his son be killed. To protect his son, Neo's father sent him to a nearby Church while he and Neo's mother were away. The pastor raised Neo for the most part, and instilled a strong faith in him. At age 9, Gemini wanted to experiment upon Neo. His father resisted, and was killed, right in front of the young Neo. Immediately Neo became a project, given mind blocks to remove his memory, and tested upon for various traits.
At age 10, Neo was all but lost as a human by the experimentation. One day however, when about to be pulled into a pentagram, a mind block fell, and Neo's pent up Newtype power was unleashed in a wave, killing all in the room.
At age 11, Neo lived on the streets and in the church, having a mind block that had erased his memories still in place, Neo meandered about for a few years, false memories being planted in his mind.
Haunted by the memories, Neo fled to space at age 14, sneaking aboard a launch. Fate would have a different path ahead for Neo, and the launch was blown apart, Neo was left floating in space, minimal protection from the cold, and a small oxygen tank his only source of life. A mobile suit squad found Neo floating, and picked him up.
New Path:
Taken in by the MS squad, Neo was trained in MS combat, latent Newtype abilities lending to natural skill. His skill apparent, Neo was recommended to the Wraith Mobile Suit Division, at age 16.
Origin of the Blinding Cross:
While training with the MS squad, Neo became a member of a local church involved with the squad. A mobile suit being developed by the church and the squad was bestowed upon Neo when his skill and amount of faith were apparent. With the Gundam Blinding Cross, Neo joined the Wraith Mobile Suit Division. He was 17.
Ascension:
Neo was accepted into the WMSD, and was taken under the wing of Tom Epsilon. Training under him, Neo became a skilled pilot. Then the split of the WMSD into the Pluto Directorate came about, and Neo gladly fled the inner colonies.
The distance from Earth and the extreme effects of Pluto had their influence upon Neo. After suspicion of Newtype capabilities surfaced, Neo was trained with the Psycommu system. The interface had extreme effects on Neo's mind, and a block fell, freeing Neo's power.
Out of this power came the 4th Horsemen, and the Midnight Cross. The Black Angel of The Apocalypse found duels and battles a playground, and became more experienced.
With the expansion of the UPD came the seeds of trouble. Neo left the UPD to help a friend revive a dead government.
Growth:
Within the Venus Alliance Neo found room to grow, and independence. Within his private ship, Neo trained and plotted and experimented, looking for ways to increase his skill, and making blueprints for a new Gundam.
Distancing himself from the world, Neo withdrew into a shell of extensive training. This would later be discovered to be the Coming of The Exodus. Experiments and training would uncover and destroy the final mind block, releasing his true memories, and unlocking a plan for a powerful new Mobile Suit, the Gundam Exodus.
During this, Gemini was growing in strength, and the Zodiacs were rampaging, killing millions in nuclear strikes and colony destruction.
The Exodus of Neo Lee:
An inner demon troubling Neo brought him to the brink of insanity. Uncovering itself as the Exit of Neo, the demon was revealed, its intentions being the destruction of the mind of Neo. The demon was halted in its plans by the powerful psychic Kari Shiro. A mix of her power and Neo's emotions towards her overpowered the demon and brought it under control. The demon was tempered, and contained until Kari lost feelings for Neo, and returned to Kaneda. Without the crutch of emotion and psychic power, Neo fell, a one winged angel.
Acceptance:
With the Gemini Wars raging, Neo became a cold and sullen facade of his former self. With personal vendettas and old friends interfering, Exodus made a proposal, its plan completely foiled, Exodus asked Neo to unify. Merging personalities, this would make Neo more stable, and give him more skill, while also giving Exodus part of what he wanted. Neo gladly accepted, rushing headlong off a cliff.
Return and Fall:
The last battle looming on the horizon, Neo sought to reconcile with his estranged friends. Searching for a way to make himself whole, Neo searched his mind and repaired the headless and one-winged angel. After the battle, facing the loss of many comrades, Neo fell back to the brink, the angel lost.
Path Ahead:
With the Gemini Wars over, the goverments were unified. Seeing through the corruption and false peace, Neo chose to side with his old mentor and friend Tom Epsilon, in the formation of the Twilight Privateers. Various raids were led upon the unified governments, or the United Solar Federation. Now Neo looks ahead, to the future, he is nearly 18.
Near the birth of Sakura, the daugher of Kari Shiro and Kaneda Mitsurugi, Neo met a young woman by the name of Kaitlin Starr. This young woman shared some of Neos traits, and both became attracted to the other. At this time, Neo was given a note by Kari, asking him to be Sakuras Godfather. The Twilight Privateers started to make their own suits, and the USF continued their false peace. Upon the night of Sakuras birth Neo and Xavier fought in the streets, Neo leaving victorious, and to see Kari. Sakura was born without complications, Neo is now a Godfather, at age 18.
