First things
- Protect the main page.
- Start working on policy for Mods, Userpages, Personal conduct, and talk pages.
- Allow unregistered edits.
- Unprotect current events
- Find out if it's possible to upload .tpf files.

Second things

- Copyrighted content - how to deal with it

- Deletion policy - how can stuff be deleted, and what criteria
