Your interest may lie in the overall sports industry. Carefully making yourself towards top performance, towards medals, towards sporting glory. Good. There are highly competent and recognized Coaches who will guide and teach you. There are impressive and established proven instruction exercises, all involving basic warm-ups.

My interest is quite different. My interest in the Fighting Styles is entirely for Personal Protection. For severe and effective home defence. To Survive!

Consequently, although I trained as a Physiotherapist and am a Location Coach in the Martial Arts

I ACTUALLY DO NOT BELIEVE IN BASIC WARM-UP TRAINING

There's the greatest danger that when you find yourself in mortal danger whilst the Mugger rushes at you you will mentally have to go through them if you prefix your instruction with warm-up exercises.

There is almost no time!

There are recognized and highly qualified Coaches who will guide and train you. You will find noteworthy and established established training exercises, all involving preparatory warm-ups.

My attention is quite different. My fascination with the Fighting Styles is entirely for Personal Protection. For effective and serious self defense. To Survive!

If you prefix your education with warm-up exercises there is the greatest danger that you will mentally need to proceed through them when you find yourself in mortal danger as the Mugger rushes at you.
