Background
Name: White Crow
Description: Born and raised in Paragon, White Crow has worked long and hard for her position as a skilled thaumaturge and savant of the city education system. One of the youngest to achieve tenure in the College of Motonic Education in the city at the age of 19, she eventually recieved authority by the Essential River Channeling procedure from the perfect himself at the age of 22.
White Crow has now sought to expand her expertise in the field of Artifacts and archaeology and with the Perfect's permission, is on a five-year sabbatical to search the Southern deserts and send back Artifacts to Paragon as she comes across them. She already has recovered half a dozen different relic items in her year's work and hopes to find more. She also has taken with her a tome on magitech and motonic theories and spends much time reviewing its texts. She hopes to find a magitech device to analyze and practice her work on and is pondering on seeking out the rogue legion of Saloy Hin, despite her Paragon-raised views on the Exalted, in hopes of access to some fo the rogue general's magitech arsenal.
White Crow is a woman of her mid-twenties, wise beyond her years and showing a body that has toughed-out some of the desert's worse, but still keeps some rugged beauty to it. Her white hair is kept chin-length and often tied-back, her eyes are clear blue and her skin is an almond brown, showing her parent's mixed Southern and Northern ancestory. As a noble of Paragon, she often wears bright reds and oranges in official business, though most of the time is found wearing her plain tan reinforced buff jacket and matching pants, hiking boots and shirt. Her eyes are usually covered by tinted alchemically-treated goggles, and she is very often found when at rest, especially after a long day trecking the Southern deserts, drinking tea every opportunity she can.
While quite an intelligent woman, a prodigy of the Arts and dedicated servant of the Paragon, many people wonder how the hell people can stand her after first meeting her. She often can be ackward in her speech and seems to drift off mid-sentence as something distracts her. She is slow to respond to others when reading a book and is simply...awkward. She often would be rather talking about her archeological finds or motonics than usual bar conversation. But in a scuffle, she is quick to respond, and will not hesitate in a pinch to pull her plasma tongue repeater, Devil Tongue, to bear.

Other Notes
White Crow is a loyal citizen of Paragon and bears the mark fo the Perfect. Since it is not very common for someone like her to be around, she oftentimes wears gloves to cover the sigil.
Devil Tongue, White Crow's bayonet and plasma tongue repeater are the same item, with with the repeater's barrel running through the blade of a short sword blade. The blade itself is enchanted with a Fire benediction as with Ritual of Elemental Empowerment. The entire Artifact normally has no commitment, but the blade does inflict extra damage if a mote is committed.
The reinforced buff jacket that White Crow wears is imbued with cold from Ritual of Elemental Empowerment. This takes a mote of commitment. She also wears a personal resplendent assistant on her left wrist, which also costs a mote of commitment.
White Crow has five each of firedust and smoke grenades.
White crow's addiciton to caffinated drinks plagues her, especially in the hot South. She often drinks tea wtih her meals and will stop to sample soem when given the chance. She wishes she was better at fighting this urge, but can't help herself in that.
