Description (Mask): He's a large, imposing-looking fellow at about 6'2", with short spiky white-blond hair, blue eyes, and rectangular features. He wears plain clothing, jeans and t-shirts and sweaters, unless he's working- gotta wear the uniform and all- and is always wearing a single earring in his right ear. (Most people don't really want to ask him to remove it.)
