Major DB nation on par with the Lunars.
Ideas
I like Halta- and good Solar hooks there, now. A Southeastern nation in the ruins of some sort of terraforming gear. Tribes of dragon-touched nomads around the northeast. Probably make the Hundred Kingdoms a place for Lunars to try out new things or something. Raksi in the ruins of Denandsor or whichever it is.
