Seeming Curse: An elemental doesn't get the 10 again rule for rolls involving the Manipulation attribute or the skills Empathy, Expression, Persuasion, and Socialize.
Kith Blessing: Artificer's Enchantment: Can learn Contracts of Artifice for (new dots x5 experience points) rather than the usual cost. May also make untrained Craft rolls at a -1 penalty rather than the usual -3.
