Appearance:
Luke stands in at just over 6 feet tall. He is an attractive young man, his most striking features being his icy blue eyes and thick brown hair. Fairly muscular, though not as much so as one usually associates with those of Audvera. He wears a long navy blue cloak, reaching his knees, and this has a white trim. He wears thin metal greaves and gloves for protection, and under his cloak wears cheap hand-me-down clothing from his family. Finally, he wears a quiver on his back, filled with arrows. Attached is a shoulder pad of a similar colour to his cloak.

Background:
Born in Northern Audvera, Luke was raised as the youngest in a large family. As such, all of his possesions, be it clothes or toys, were those that his older siblings no longer needed. Being the youngest, Luke often felt ignored and unappreciated, and was determined to stand out from the crowd. It was this desire for uniqueness that inspired him to take up the bow. It caused a commotion in the family, who traditionally learned the sword in their spare time. Despite having no teacher or knowledge of the craft, Luke had a hunger. He worked hard from a young age to buy a simple, cheap bow and flimsy arrows, and built a small target. He spent hours trying and failing to learn, but he persevered, and at 16 his talent in the field was recognised, earning him the attention he yearned for.

However, life was not perfect for Luke. The bow had developed from a way to earn attention to the only part of daily life he enjoyed. Despite being outgoing and having many friends, he felt trapped and consigned to a life of work in Audvera, and never able to escape this. Moreover the winters took a harsh toll on Luke- unable to practice his craft effectively, uninterested in simpler pleasures such as painting, he dreamt of the day he could leave Audvera and look for something new.

Finally, on his 17th birthday, Luke resolved to leave Audvera and search for a place more fitting to his needs and wants. He didn't know where he would end up, but trusted in fate. Knowing he was leaving, his family pooled together income and bought him his cloak. The first thing he had ever been given that was new and just for him, it holds a lot of sentimental value to him. Along with this, he was given a simple rune that they hoped would aid him in his journey. He just needed one last thing before he left- Using money he had saved up since buying his first cheap bow to buy an impressive new Bow. With his new possesions, he embarked on his journey, planning to head through Southern Audvera and onto the Keylorathian Empire.

Personality:
Confident and outgoing, people take to Luke quickly. He has a good sense of humour and is much more keen to make friends than enemies. Though he has a calm demeanour, a strong sense of chivalry and honour give him a steely resolve. Chatty, headstrong, with a positive outlook on life, he is full of energy having finally escaped the boredom of Northern Audvera, and is hopeful about what the future might bring.
