Appearance: Mina is a bit short for her age, with an average-looking build. Her face is an ovular sort of shape, with her bright green eyes being the center of attention among her very unremarkable features. Though, one typically doesn't focus on her eyes upon seeing her. That would be her stunningly bright, pastel pink hair. It's the only thing that stands out on her otherwise quite average-looking self, and she loves every uncommonly-coloured inch. She doesn't wear particularly interesting clothes, usually just a dark red tunic and coffee-coloured pants. On occasion, perhaps when she's feeling a bit more feminine, you may catch her in a blue cotton shirt and matching skirt, but usually not to work, as a skirt is awfully impractical, especially with the kind of work she has to do. Her hair is mid-back length, and she has it down whenever possible, swishing it here and there, making sure people KNOW it exists, but when she's working it's often tied into a tight braid, or just a ponytail if she doesn't have time to braid it. She's also...not very well-endowed at all, and a tad bitter about it.

Background: There isn't a very large amount to say about Mina's past, really. Nothing particularly interesting has happened to her over her life. She was born to Russell and Lana, a cheese-maker and a seamstress, respectively, and lived a humble childhood. The pink hair came from her father's side, as it was suspected there was a little TINY bit of elf in his blood, so the poor man had to live with naturally vibrant pink hair. All the other little girls, when not learning to cook and sew from their mothers, all admired Mina's pretty pink hair, however, and most were jealous, leading to some particularly unsavory incidents with knives and little girls trying to claim some of her hair for themselves.

At age fourteen, as was normal for girls in her family, Mina began looking for a job. Her father and mother had found they could live much more comfortably if both were working and sharing household chores, so she looked for a job with the nobility. Surely they would pay high for whatever tasks they assigned her. Well, that was what she thought, at least. After a bit of thinking (of course, a "bit" was a few months, they are a bureaucracy), the nobles collectively had the idea of having her be a supply sarrier for the frequently-traveling Lord Martin Keyroleth, who was currently staying there. She enthusiastically agreed. How hard could being a supply carrier be?

Well, she was about to find out. Lugging a pack full of armor, medicinal herbs, and everything one could need when traveling on her back, Mina was sent out with Martin whenever he left, only to be completely and utterly ignored. Poor girl. This last time, however...he just left. Without letting anyone know. They found out, of course, by the next day, and sent Mina out to find him. He could have gotten pretty far away in a day, so the pink-haired girl picked a direction, and started running. Welcome to her life, running after her lord and being totally ignored.

Personality: Mina is a very, very cheerful girl. This is a good thing, as one could easily get depressed in a situation like hers, always being ignored and having to chase after the ignorer, but not Mina! She always has a smile on her face and a tune on her lips, whistling and humming while she runs and only stopping to ask someone if they've seen Lord Martin. It's very hard to faze her, as being a commoner, she grew up with swear words and insults all around her, though her parents taught her not to use such un-ladylike language. She's surprisingly stoic for a teenage girl, just grinning and bearing what she has to do. Practicality overrides prettiness, in her opinion, and this shows through her actions and clothing. This doesn't stop her from showing off her hair at any opportunity, though. She doesn't have much to show off aside from it, after all.

Wielded Weapons: She carries a woodcutting axe around with her that her father used in his "I'm gonna go off and adventure" days, having been taught how to wield it quite effectively, and will smash your face in if you say otherwise! It's less to defend herself than to defend Lord Martin, as he's a noble and obviously can't defend himself, of course. She likes to pretend he can't, anyway. Thus, she trains often to make sure she's good enough to defend him from any of the dangers of the road, like bandits or wild animals.

Runes: She has a fire rune in her right hand, though she's not very good at it, and can currently only cast the Flaming Arrows spell without fainting. She hopes to get better, but practicing magic isn't very high up on her list of priorities!
