It was first thought of by then [[Scurry Inertia]]. He thought that govteen needed a forum that brought together two of his passions Sci-fi TV and RPG gaming. After consulting a few people about the idea he decided that the Diary topic was too specific and needed to be broadened. Thus Blorx 5: Overdrive was born.
