My life's been basically dull these days. I haven't gotten much done these days. Today was a complete loss.

...thought it might be useful to have the form for childcare on the website so residents could print it out and bring the form in the meeting with them or email it to me. It would still of course be fine to send the forms by post for those who don't have internet access.
