From the game Hell: A Cyberpunk Thriller For the Panasonic 3DO.

Go to the Interface Bar and talk to Sophia Bene. When you recruit her into your party, she disappears from the place where she was sitting. However, when you talk to Mindrunner, you can still see Sophia sitting behind him even though you've already recruited her.
