Stand on a strip of grass

From the game Tony Hawk Underground for the Nintendo Gamecube

Go to Tampa and go to the little hut in the corner of the map. Grab onto the right side of that hut, and drop off. If you dropped off correctly, you should land on a small strip of grass. This is great for Tag.
