[..YouTube..] Quicktime Pro (7, not quicktime X), lets you ipmrot an image sequence, then lets you export it to any coded you want. I export to Pro Res to edit on FCP.I also try to edit my audio before I even animate, so I can ipmrot an audio file into flash, start the audio right at the first frame, so when I export the Image sequence and make a video, I just bump the audio right up to the beginning of the vid, and everything is synced up. Just make sure to keep an eye on frame rates (24 FPS, etc)
