Get ontop of the Cortogropher level

You need two people for this. Go to the Cortogropher level. Continue the level as usual, just make sure that you get the warthog. Now in the spot where it's too tight for the warthog to get through, push and push. Drive forward, as the other person hits your bumper so that you squeeze through. Now once you are at the peak, have the friend jump on the gun, climb on his head, then jump up.
