From the game Asphalt Urban GT for the Nintendo DS.
Finish a race in any course during championship mode (not the final race, though). Right as the race ends, but before they do the "freeze-frame" to show your ranking, you should slam into the nearest wall. You should see sparks in the freeze-frame, that's good. Now, when you start the next race, look closely at your vehicle... Sparks should appear.
