From the game Super Mario RPG for the Super Nintendo
In Super Mario RPG start a new game. When you first reach Princess Peach's castle, go to the room with the chancellor. There are two rows of three toads. When you go behind the toads, they complain that you should walk properly in between the two rows to greet the chancellor. However, if you jump on a toad's head, you can get past them. Go around the room by the wall, and sneak up from behind to the chancellor. When you talk to him, you will walk through him to greet him face to face.
