Make Ness sparkly

This glitch may not work depending on the version of Super Smash Bros. Melee you own
As Ness, use your PK thunder (up+B), make it go up, and then make it crash into the top of Ness's head, from above. Ness should fall down, and when he gets up, he'll have all these sparks around him. You can run around and jump, and they'll stay there. They don't do anything. If you use PK thunder again, they will go away.
