Go through dune objects

From the game Super Mario Sunshine for the Nintendo Gamecube
Go to Gelato Beach and go to a dune object in the sand. Water it and then get out your hover pack. As soon as the plant thing is about to explode, hover. You should just be inside the little figurine.
