You may have to have created wrestlers for this to work. In season mode, you should get a chance to challenge for the title (World Heavyweight title for Raw, WWE Title for Smackdown) that leads to a tag team tournament where enemies team up. Win this tournament and then beat the one who you teamed with to get the title shot at the Pay-Per-View. If the teammate that you had to beat interferes in your title match, LOSE the match. It should show your opponent and the guy who interfered celebrating and BOTH of them will be wearing the title belt.
