From the game The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past for the Super Nintendo

First, be sure you're in the light world. Call the bird and start running with the boots as he picks you up. Press "B" to cancel when you have to choose a spot on the map. Now find a wall (I don't think it'll work if you change screens, so don't chnge screens). You will bounce off of it as if you were still using the boots if you timed your running properly. if you do this with a nearby wall across from it, you will endlessly bounce back and forth, going higher each time. When you go too high, you go back to the bottom of the screen and continue bouncing off the walls. Don't worry about having to turn your game off; you can still save when Link's bouncing.
