From the game Tony Hawk Underground for the Nintendo Gamecube
Go to New Jersey and go to the train station on the side opposite of the bridge. Gain up some speed, ramp up the halfpipe on the train station and jump right when you get to the top, spine transfer, then move a little to the left. You should now grind the vent, and go off into an invisible rail for about two seconds.
