This is for MOTHER 3 for the Game Boy Advance.
First, beat the game in Save File 1 with a complete PSI list (This means Lucas has Refresh and Kumatora has PK Ground). Next, save the game data to File 2. Start up a New Game and save the file over slot 2. When you play this game, Lucas and Kumatora will have full PSI lists! Lucas cannot use his until he learns how to in Chapter 4, however.
