Overview
A jolly nice bloke with a penchant for South-Park style avatars, computers and other technical-like things. Spends most of his spare time either lurking on fora or "owning nubs" at HL2DM. Rookie also has a near-obsession with the popular Half-Life 2 modification, Garry's Mod, which he will happily spend hours on building absurd or comical contraptions out of abstract components.

Since the removal of the Melee, Rookie was left with four forums to moderate - Tech Discussion, Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth 2, The Elder Scrolls series and the Star Trek Elite Force series. He continued to do so until finally retiring from his staff position in September '07 due to real-life commitments.
IRL
Outside of forum life, Rookie is currently studying for a BSc Software Engineering degree at Oxford Brookes University.
