Ooi Chong Seong could be the President and founding father of Legenda Training Group (LEG). Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong with more than a ten years of expertise inside the area of higher schooling, is recognised as a pioneer of private tertiary education in Malaysia. Before the founding of LEG, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong held several senior management positions, both in private and public corporations and is recognised as being a notable member of the business enterprise neighborhood.
He holds an Superior Diploma in Business from the Association of Business Executives (“ABE”), Uk and Diploma in Marketing and advertising from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (“CIM”), United kingdom. He is also a Fellow member of both ABE and CIM. In August 2008, in recognition for his contribution for the state and his pioneering role in the field of higher training in Malaysia, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong was awarded the Darjah Paduka Tuanku Jaafar (D.P.T.J) which carries the title Dato’ by the Yang Di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. He was also not too long ago awarded the award of the “10 Best Abroad Chinese Entrepreneur” at the China Worldwide Economics & Technology Cooperation in 2010.
