Dawn

Archery

Light, personal arms (self bows, short powerbows, hand crossbows, flame pieces and plasma tongue repeaters, etc) are fired with Dex or Perception. Heavier arms (Firewands, long powerbows, fuel bolt launchers, composite bows, personal Essence cannons, etc) may also use Strength. Ranged siege weapons (lighting ballistae, ballistae, storm hammers, mounted Essence cannons, etc) are always fired with Perception.

Martial Arts

Natural attacks utilize the higher of Dex or Str. M-tag weapons that closely augment a natural attack (such as Razor Claws, Smashfists, God-kicking/iron shot boots, cesti, bloodspike harnesses, etc) may also choose either. All other M-Tag weapons use Dex.

Melee

Melee weapons may use the higher of Str or Dex. O tag weapons must use Str. When using an M-Tag weapon with Melee, Melee is capped by the character's dots of Martial Arts.

Thrown

Thrown utilizes the higher of Dexterity or Perception, though siege units (Onagers, catapults, trebuchets, etc) may also use Intelligence.


Zenith

Integrity

DMDV is now calculated with Willpower + Composure + Integrity/2, round up. Composure + Integrity to avoid getting worked up, afraid, or to resist duress or emotional pressure.

Performance

Performance PMDV is now Composure + Performance/2, round up. Composure + Performance to avoid stage fright, or to keep cool in front of a rioting crowd.

Presence

Presence PDMV is now Composure + Presence/2, round up. Composure + Presence to get someone else to calm down, or to otherwise settle a strong emotion.

Resistance

No change.

Survival

No change.


Twilight

Crafts

No change.

Investigation

Investigation PMDV is now Composure + Investigation/2, round up. Composure + Investigation to question someone without having to overawe them or coerce them; to perform an analysis of a crime in a cool and steadfast manner.

Lore

No change.

Medicine

No change.

Occult

No change.


Night

Athletics

Governs balance, acrobatic tricks, grace and dodging. Dodge DV = Wits + Athletics + [1/2 Essence, round up]/2.

Awareness

Join Battle is Wits + Awareness as is Join War, but Composure + Awareness is Join Debate.

Larceny

Disguises, cheating, and underhanded deals should be governed by Manipulation and defended against with Composure or Perception and Investigation.

Might

Lifting, breaking, carrying, pushing and leaping. Follow the rules in existence but substitute the word "Might" for "Athletics"

Stealth

No change.
