There are established and highly competent Coaches who will train and guide you. There are recognized and very successful established education programs, all involving basic warm-ups.
My interest is very different. My interest in the Fighting Techinques is solely for Personal Protection. For radical and effective self defense. To Survive!
Consequently, even though I trained as a Physiotherapist and am a Place Coach in the Fighting Styles
I DO NOT BELIEVE IN PREPARATORY WARM-UP EXERCISING
If you prefix your education with warm-up routines there is the greatest danger that when you get in mortal danger since the Mugger rushes at you you will mentally need to proceed through them.
There is virtually no time!
