Everyone but Kyo is considered to automatically begin with the entire Style, these do not count against your starting Charms.
Since I want you to make a fleshed-out character, you also get to begin with 5 dots of Martial Arts for free.
Then craft the rest of your character around this using normal Character Generation. Merits and Flaws are permitted, and subject to my approval.
Custom material is permitted, and subject to my approval, and must be posted on the custom stuff link.
