-	Very inneiestrtg.  I totally believe in the theory behind mind over body (I hope I'm saying that right).  I know medication is needed in many cases and thank the good lord for it, but I would so rather go the 'natural' route if possible.  Much cheaper if for no other reason....	+	Lie&;#8217fs too short to waste even a moment not living it because of your weight; and I’ve found that if I’m wearing something I like, I feel more confident and have a happier overall attitude compared to the days when I don’t put any effort into it.
