Frijjle is a human being on the fiction based on the Super Mario Wiki, ho appears as a recolor of Waluigi given an awesome hat, and originally vaguely inspired by the character from the anime and manga series BLEACH, Kisuke Urahara. However, as the character slowly developed, most(if not, all) similarities to the character where forgotten, since the original appearance of the character gave little to no information, and it was later decided he wouldn't appear as originally indented.
As far as abilities go, Frijjle is shown in his debut comic(The Lost Adventure) to be rather weak, apart from his unnatural and blinding speed, and is later killed by an energy attack from Haunt called the Demon Star Shuriken.

Word
The word Frijjle actually originated a month or two before The Lost Adventures Issue #1 was released. Plumber had been Server Killed by komies for getting people to spam in her query. Uniju, who was keeping Plumber company, said the name aloud, and liked it so much that it became one of his aliases. Plumber and Snack liked the name also, and Plumber pretended to be Frijjle, much to Uniju's chagrin. Recently, the word frijjle has been used by Snack to mean the fridge. Plumber also used the word word refrijjlerator to refer to the refrigerator.
Appearances
The Lost Adventures
In The Lost Adventures, Frijjle is an agent of GreenMoon. He first appears in issue #3, were he chats with Xzelion. He later appears in issue #5 fighting Paper Luigi DS (Now known as Master Crash). The fight lasts until the middle of issue #8, with 3dejong, Bekam, and eventually RAP joining the fray. It is unknown how the fight ended. Frijjle is last seen in issue #10. When Haunt attempts to rob the GreenMoon vault, Frijjle tries to stop him, but being tired from his fight with PLDS, he was easily killed by Haunt's Demon Star Shuriken attack.
However in Issue 18 it was revealed that Frijjle escaped somehow. And he appeared in the Mist's headquarters during a meeting, and killed the Mist's leader.
However, later it was revealed that he had not survived, and his body was being controlled by Gloom. Gloom and Bakem took him to a spirit living in the mountains, who brought Frijjle back to life, at the price of his soul. Therefor, Frijjle is technically a zombie in all appearances after being killed, but maintains a steady role.
Legends of the Fallenstar
Frijjle appeared as a mini-boss in Legends of the Fallenstar Chapter 12: The Blood-Stained Castle. Here he called himself Knuckles, and Miniboss and purposely spoke in bad grammar. He was defeated easily. This was actually a different character, presumably intentionally stealing the form of Frijjle, as he was a member of the Order of Avalon, and thus a shapeshifter.
Kakumei
Frijjle is set to appear in the comic created by the same person(Uniju) as The Lost Adventure, Kakumei. His exact role is still unknown. However, supposedly his back-story(technically being AFTER The Lost Adventures, but still a back-story for Kakumei) is supposedly something along the lines of Viral from the anime series Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann's story, and his sprites will supposedly be slightly updated.
