This is how the Four Nations Haeirachy is structured:
Heirachy
Avatar - The high administrator of the wiki and main boss, they can make any changes that they desire - The Current Avatar is User:Admin
Bending Master - The Avatar's trusted Administrators, they can delete pages and ban untrustworthy users. They are appointed by the Avatar.
Benders - Editiors of the wiki, they can upload files and edit content on unprotected pages
Civilians - Lowest rank, these are people without accounts who just read the content of the wiki.
