Internet-based PC-to-Phone

- As of January 2, 2006, the calling rates to Pakistan landline and mobile numbers has been reduced to 11.6 cents a minute (http://support.skype.com/?_a=announcements&_m=details&_i=21) (not sure if this is with or without tax). This service from Skype, called SkypeOut, is a PC-to-phone service and not a phone-to-phone service!
