The central spire, containing the command and other central facilities. Deck 1, at the top, is merely a mile across; deck 7, at the bottom, is five across. The topmost decks are restricted to the bridge crew; decks 3 and below are nominally public access, though as always, some sections (such as the Primary Pumping Station) are restricted.
