Wealth Within Poverty

Wealth Within Poverty was one of Edge's classmates at the military academy. Whereas Edge was a natural shot, Wealth turned out to be something much more useful in a security officer: a man with a sense of honor—and the charisma to convince people that they wanted to do what he asked, without the threat or application of force. This talent has settled more than one feud in the year he's been serving in Security, without anyone involved being able to figure out just how he'd gotten his way. Offsetting this charisma, however, is a lazy intellect keen to avoid doing more work than it has to. Not, y'know, that this hasn't been recognized and handled—deftly—by Howl, Edge's second-in-command.
