Lazarus (registered October 3, 2005) is the current Heavyweight and Crew Crowns (W/ Reign Supreme) Champion of nobodysmiling.com. He officially registered to nobodysmiling.com October of '05, but didn't become active until mid '07. Upon becoming active, Lazarus proved why he is considered one of the best on the internet and has since spint his time accumulating many titles and accolades on nobodysmiling.com.

Contents

Raptism.com

Lazarus began his text career on a little site by the name of raptism.com. At the time, Raptism's text section was booming with net greats such as Logic_4Dub participating in it's battle league. Lazarus began dropping keystyles that lacked multies, but contained a lot of inside rhyming. Upon receiving feedback, he quickly learned how to use basic multies and signed up for the battle league.

In the battle league, Lazarus was put in topical, punchline, and regular battle matches, all of which his opponents no showed in. After being no showed, Lazarus would have his first battle in facing fellow newcomer, LuMiNoUs, in a punchline battle. Lazarus would go on to lose his very first match by 5-3 majority decision.

Various Other.coms

Upon losing his verse first battle on raptism.com, Lazarus would flee the site and battle on various other boards. The site right after Raptism that Lazarus went to had the initials of DR and that's where Lazarus first met and faced future rivals and associates, Oxygen (then known as Third-Kind) and Uhb Knock Shush (then known as BlackOut). Lazarus lost both battles brutally, especially his battle against Uhb in which Uhb didn't even match Lazarus' verse length.

After the humiliating defeats, Lazarus would go on to lose on various other sites such as Hip Hop World. Although Lazarus was still very new and green to the text game, he was able to defeat the number two ranked battler on Hip Hop World in FlipSide, losing his other match to the number one ranked battler on the site who went by the name of Haelo. After those two battles though, Lazarus would go on to lose more and would eventually leave Hip Hop World for other sites.

Lazarus would go on to lose on a few more sites who's names are unknown. Among the losses he acquired on these unsaid sites, were Nicc Ateen (who would later change his name to Pharaoh), Nawn Centz, and Elldawg.

Return To Raptism

After losing on various other sites around the internet, Lazarus would return to Raptism as a keystylist, gaining much reputation for writing about his personal life. After accomplishing a lot in the keystyling field, effectively building his fallen name back up from the ashes, Lazarus slowly began to battle once more, taking on .::D ~ nA$tY::. in a battle he would win by KO.

After battering his latest combatant, Lazarus would enter a topical tournament on raptism.com, taking on cliche in the first round. This would turn disastrous and Lazarus would pick up his second loss on Raptism, this time resulting from a topical clash. After the disappointing defeat, Lazarus would battle Two-Bit-Bastard and RapScience, splitting the two battles with KOing the former and losing by 5-3 majority decision to the latter.

After that, Lazarus would face Methodz and win by KO in a two round battle, then he would face Insane Asylum veteran, wicked spitz, and win by KO. Confidence renewed from the success, Lazarus would go on to win his next six battles over opponents Le Goose, Sub..., G.mOneYbag$, Sincere, RoYal T, and Tha Messenger. All of which were KO's except Tha Messenger who was a 5-3 majority decision. After that, Lazarus would face AmuseONe in the first round of a tournament and lose by KO.

After the loss, Lazarus would rack up another 8 wins like he did previously before losing to Judah Elijah by TKO. Lazarus would not lose again, however, and picked up 13 more wins, defeating a Hall Of Famer by name of Somebody, avenging his loss against cliche, and being up in votes against RapScience before the site went completely inactive leading to it's eventual closing.

HipHopEmcees.com

During his stay on Raptism, Judah Elijah introduced Lazarus to Hip Hop Emcees where he first came into contact with longbar. In Lazarus' very first battle, he faced then Lightweight Champion, RicanTheoryz, in an exhibition match. Even though it was his first longbar match, Lazarus would give Rican a run for his money and lose by a mere 5-4 split decision.

After the respectable defeat, Lazarus would go on to face various battlers on Hip Hop Emcees such as Akin Diwá, DiE-NaStY, Paradigm, Nicc Ateen, and others. He would eventually amass a record of 17 wins, 6 losses, and 17 knockouts before the site was wiped in the first of many times to come.

When the site came back, Lazarus did even better this time around and lost under 5 times. He captured the Middleweight title and was set to defend it against Haste, a Holla Front legend. Of course at the time, Lazarus was far less skilled than the then veteran and ended up no showing the exchange. This eventually happened again, only this time against Po*TenSe, although not quite the same way.

NobodySmiling

In May of 2007, Lazarus was informed of someone biting his friend Burden's topical verse. Lazarus exposed the would-be felon, but not before voting, posting in threads, and signing up for the crew draft. Lazarus was picked by Lungzz and thus joined Raging Wanderers. For Lazarus' first crew battle and battle period on Nobody Smiling, he faced Ne 1 of Natural Born Lyricists. Lazarus would prove to be victorious and win by knockout.

Lightweight Tournament

Shortly thereafter, Lazarus entered a tournament for the Lightweight belt. In the first round, Lazarus was set to face future retired Middleweight champion, Riz N, in what would be a rematch from an earlier battle on Lyric Kings that Lazarus had won. Unfortunately, Riz N failed to show up. In the second round, Lazarus was set to face veteran, Don't Tempt Me, in what would have been the third match the two shared as they had battled previously before on Lyric Kings as well with Lazarus taking both battles, respectively. Unfortunately, again, Lazarus' opponent failed to show up. In the finals, Lazarus' opponent finally graced him with a battle when he faced a former Lightweight champion in SPYD. In an exciting display, Lazarus won by knockout and went on to become the new Lightweight champion thereafter.

Lightweight Title

For Lazarus' first defense he faced SPYD in a rematch. Things would be no different this time around and Lazarus would once again win by knockout. In Lazarus' next title defense, he faced TimeIsMoney, aka Chulo. Lazarus won by knockout here too. For Lazarus' next title defense, he faced WOWZERS187, aka Inevitable. Lazarus won by knockout. For Lazarus' fourth title defense, he faced The WoLveRine and won by knockout here too. For Lazarus' fifth and final title defense, he faced ThaApexOfIllness who was and still is widely thought to be Nyvillan20yrold. In a close battle, Lazarus won by knockout becoming a retired Lightweight champion in the process.

Heavyweight Title

After Lazarus retired the Lightweight title, he was tossed right back into the mix with being placed in a Heavyweight title match against former Heavyweight champion, BLAZEInfinite. On a very lackluster Pay-Per-View card, Lazarus won the contest via knockout to become the new Heavyweight champion. Following his victory, Bones N Disease, after winning the number one contender match on the Pay-Per-View card, was considered next in line for a title shot. Lazarus grudgingly accepted his callout of eleven bars and they dueled with the title on the line. In a very heated and tense battle of great proportions, Lazarus edged out the victory by 5-3 majority decision. The battle was so exciting, that it was inducted into the Hall Of Fame shortly after. But Lazarus' next battle proved to be even more epic, when he took on NBS's widely considered greatest of all time in Hall Of Fame legend, Nyvillan20yrold. In a very close and legendary battle, it would be Villan that would hand Lazarus his one and only loss ever on nobodysmiling.com, thus ending his shortlived reign, taking the gold-plated item of desire with him in his wake.

The Comeback

After being defeated, uncrowned, and dethroned, Lazarus would go on a killing spree in hopes to one day reach another title shot. In his first battle after the loss, he would take on former Heavyweight champion, VizualEYEZ, and go on to win by knockout. Afterwards, VizualEYEZ entered rehabilitation. For Lazarus' next match, he would face future Cruiserweight champion, JuliaS, & Keith Aimz in a Crew Crowns championship match between Reign Supreme and GAME. What turned out to be a closer battle than expected ended up to be another knockout victory for Lazarus. After that, Lazarus faced Hall Of Fame legend, icyman09, in what would be a rematch from an earlier battle they had had on Holla Front where Lazarus took it. In what was a close battle that ended in a 5-2 decision, Lazarus would go on to make the score 2-0 between them, with him still in the lead. Hot off the win over the Hall Of Famer, Lazarus rematched with rival Bones N Disease. Lazarus made sure to crush Bones' hopes in this match and won by KO to send him a message. For Lazarus' final battle before going for the belt, he faced Finesse. 'Ness proved to be as war-tested as any other wily old veteran and made it a close battle that Lazarus would go on to win by KO.
